Yeah that kid is pretty sweet. I guess his dad used to play in the KHL. The kid played for the LA Selects and then they merged last year with the Jr. Kings. I'm pretty sure he played one season with the Jr. Kings and then they left to MI and he plays for Belle Tire team out of Detroit, but apparently still trains out in Anaheim part of the year. Kid has MAD skills...

To bad he doesnt actually do his skates up properly and have a decent profile with good steel. He would be far better. When you slow down the film and pause you can see the flex the boot gives from the ankle rolling in. This is where he has lost power in his shot. Also I do not remember the time spot but you can see he is on a reverse pitch by the amount of blade on the front and back of the blade.

He could be way better! I see this all the time with some top kid's and even pro's. This tie one down and wrap around the ankle crap drives me nuts!
