Glove Palms and Repair

Recommended Posts

I have a couple of questions...I searched the forums for glove repalming and found a few hits, but most seem several years old. I wanted to know who people recommend for quality glove repalming. I have heard hockeyrepair.com is pretty good, can anyone back this up? Are there other recommendations?

The second question is, what are peoples thoughts digital vs clarino vs leather palms vs x? I have used clarino before and that was nice; I don't like a real thin palm, I like to feel a little thickness. Obviously, I would like them to be durable as well.

Thanks guys!

I'm not a big fan of clarino. Digital is my favorite, but is the least durable palm from my experiences. Currently using mustang, which is holding up just fine for 2-years now.

Mustang, not sure I have used that either...wonder if any of the repair places offer that...

I have used hockeyrepair.com, also known as George's and had fantastic results every time.

What palm material did you go with? The only thing I have seen offered is DuraSoft, Leather or Digi
