Trouble with Pads!

Recommended Posts

So I started skating with my old team again after getting my new TotalOne NXG Shoulderpads and Elbows. While they fit great, I'm having HUGE trouble getting into my jersey, and I'm forced to put my jersey over my shoulders first, before pulling the sleeves up and putting on the elbow pads, but the velcro keeps catchingwhen I take them off, as do the pads. What do I do? D:

Does anyone do single, one-off jerseys? I'm currently wearing athletic knit ones, and don't know if other brands will fit differently or something.

Don't know what you mean by one-off. One solid color?

Reebok Edge is the way to go. Athletic Knit feel like high school gym pennys.

If it's a stock colorway, you may be able to buy one. If there is anything custom about it, probably not

Put the shoulder pads into the jersey, then pull both over your head at the same time, like football players do. Then, roll up your sleeves and put your elbows on.

By one-off I mean do cresting and numbering on a single jersey. I didn't want to have to get the team to order a whole new set just so I get a jersey that fits. But I did end up finding someone who could do it. Thanks all of you.

If you find out where the team ordered from its usually easier for them to print another jersey or two. My team just ordered a couple of new jerseys as we were running thin
