Gladiator Cut-Resistant Ice Hockey Socks

Has anyone tried these socks yet? I plan to get a pair when I get a chance. I interested to hear any comments you guys may have.

I went ahead and got a pair. I went with intermediate size. I wear 14" vapor shin pads. The fit is a little tight but it works. I noticed they are a warm but I think its worth it for the safety. I would like to see the dyneema material used with the modern style of socks. I think that would help with the ventilation issues.

I'd like to see Gladiator come out with a sleeve that you could wear under a regular pair of hockey socks. One of the things I prefer about the Gladiator idea over a cut resistant skate sock is being able to wear the skate socks I like, but I don't want to have to buy multiple pair of hockey socks to match my various teams.

Stable 26 is working on a new cut resistant sock. Some very different technology combining what they have now with a cut resistant area on the sock should be interesting when done!

The one Bolland had on was supposed to be. So back to the drawing board for that company! (Not sure what he was wearing)

I bought a pair of the Gladiator hockey socks, not skate socks but hockey socks and they aren't long enough. Got the biggest size they have but they pull my jock down during the game.
