wow, bauer just took a true1, redid the graphics, put on grip and called it an XXX. when people said it was the true1, i was at least expecting some improvements like concave shaft shape/lighter weight :(

They did make a double concave shaft for the Vaor XXX. As for the weight, how light do you want a stick. Anything under 455 grams feels like a feather.

I heard there was no double concave and the blade was different. It's not exactly a True1, but it's similar.

So it has the same blade as a true one? If so I might have to pick one, the blade had a different feel than anything I've ever used. Not too bad on durability either...

I wonder if it's NHL lockout... Here in Finland there's a lot of next years stuff. For example Synergy skates are in shops and XXX stuff is also available.

Too bad everything here is really expencive and I just resigned from my job..

Ambro: It probably is the same blade but looks different. Was the checkerboard really the weave or did it just look like that? I'll have to see tomorrow when mine comes.

.... so did u get a vapor xxx or not?

220 CND

I highly doubt you will find it for $220 or $250 CDN in most stores. Most of the stores in the GTA will probably price it around 300-320.

I have no idea what they would charge since i dont live in canada. $220 was just an exact currency conversion.

si core grisp are 329

Exactly. A Si-Core Grip, from what I've been told, is generally in the $179.99 US range on-line, as well as an Xn10. Since the prices generally vary from province to province, its probably best to expect it at around the Premium OPS price range.

87 flex is the same as 280. I have some 87 flex Bauer and Nike OPS that have 280 flex printed on the insides of the shafts.
