Exactly. Weight, strength, and form are all major variables.

Also height. I doubt Chara would use a 160 if he weren't so tall. There are other guys who use not that much lower than that in number (say 120-130), but I have no idea what 160 even feels like. The simple physics of levers displays how a shaft length like Chara's comes into play in this equation. I know everyone in this discussion knows this, but I just haven't noticed it said anywhere yet. The longer the shaft, the easier to flex a given stiffness rating.
