Graf 502

Recommended Posts

my skates are starting to be a little small, and i am looking into graf 502's, as they are a good priced skate from a good comapny, has anybody used these before, and what are your opinions on them?

I've never personally used them. They seem to hold up very well, I've never seen a player toss them after a year. I'd compare it to other skates in that price range, I think there are some better buys out there (Cheap Pro-Tacks, and other closeouts), but if you like the fit of these I think it'd be a wise investment.

I use the 502's for officiating, and sometimes switch to use them during hockey. Great skate for the price, has held up as any other Graf. Only downside for me, as are all Graf skates is the narrow toecap. Blisters stopped after a few bakes and variations of lacing the skate.

i used a pair last year, and they hooked me on grafs. i only got a year out of mine playing high school, and then they were trashed and soft. i'm in 703's now, and love them. but for the price i paid for my 502's ($200 cdn), i was quite pleased

I've had them two pairs of skates in a row. I absolutley love them. There hard to break in but once they're broken in, they are so flexible. They get too soft pretty easily though.

I skated 502's and I loved them, they felt super comfortable right away, if I were you I would look into the 502SE they are white and black and have T-blades, thats only if ur into that stuff though.

I skated in the 502 for 2 years. I'd recommend it for anyone with that foot type. Very comfortable and they fit perfect from the box. Held up great as long as I owned them, then I sold them on ebay.

Used them last year and virtually no break-in period.Just had to get used to the pitch very comfortable skate, but I'd rather get bauer 6000s or some ccm tacks in that price range...stiffer boot
