Eazy_b97 1 Report post Posted February 10, 2005 The Drury curve isn't as widely available as some of the other curves. Since people cannot find it, they often assume it is either gone or on the way out. The Drury will be available next year, on selected models, but it will be available. bulletproof_funk 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2005 Bullet- I'll try and get it up ASAP, but my computer has a virus (the one with the Web-cam) and my computer guy is on holidays. I'll try and get a hold of a digi-cam, but I probably won't have them up till the weekend. PM if they aren't up by saturday. No rush, Eazy, thanks in advance though. I hope you get your computer up and running in any case. "No PC and MSH make Homer go something something..." ;)
meddie600rr 0 Report post Posted February 10, 2005 I switched to Drury from a Modano about 2 years ago, and I can't stand the Modano now, I tried it and it was horrible compared to my Drury. Its all just personal preferrence as if you like the open blade or not. I personally love it.
thejackal 46 Report post Posted February 11, 2005 Open blade + whippy shaft = shooter's nirvana ;)
Eazy_b97 1 Report post Posted February 11, 2005 Drury Vs. Crosby ProfileThe lie isn't as low as a Modano, but lower than my Drury. Drury is obviously in the Red, Crosby in the blue. It's a wood blade so it may be a little bit off, but this is pretty well the standard from what I've seen. It says its a 6 lie, but that isn't accurate. Jason 65 Report post Posted February 11, 2005 Looks much like the Bouchard curve I have on my PMP 7000 only slightly more open. I noticed they've changed the P.M. Bouchard curve now. Kind of disappointing. All the sherwood curves are too big or too open for me now.
Dan_The_Man_16 0 Report post Posted February 11, 2005 They need to bring back the old-style Bourque curve. That sucker was sweet, I have it on my customs.
