Mission D-Limited's

I have found Mission 2003 D-Limited's for only 100 dollars!! I thought this was a great price but i no NOTHING about the skate. And i cant find out anything about it on missionhockey.com because they have all of their new helium skates and it desnt say anything about the D-Limited skates. I currently own the D-2's and love them but they are too small. Are they any good? Which Helium skate would it equal? The 950's? The 750's? The 550's?

If I remember correctly they're very similar to the pure fly ice boot.

They have a differnt Liner and feel stiffer then a purefly

Very similar to a Purefly, but did have a bit more internal stiffeners to handle roller hockey play....Our highest end boot and a steal for $100.00

I just sold my pair of d-limiteds. Great skates, but they were a little stiffer than I was use to (I also have d2's and love them, and they aren't as stiff as the limiteds) My other problem was that the skates were just a bit too big for me...but would love another pair that fits properly. For $100, I'd get them.

If fact, if yo don't let me know where I can pick them up. :D

If there are any left could you PLEASE tell me where you got them???? The limiteds are the "unknown" #1 skate of mission for the years of 2003-04 and are used by many pros to this day. My friend was looking for a pair in around7 or 8, so if you could, let me know where you found them?? B)

What size do you wear?

My D-Limiteds are doing some really weird things at the moment.

It's summer here and my skates feel like they have stretched and are too big. I am wearing thick socks and my feet are moving around inside the boot.

In winter however the skates are too tight and I have to wear really thin socks. They did it last summer as well.

I don't know what is going on and am considering buying some new skates.

There is also the problem of sweat pouring out through the rivets and down onto the wheels, ruining the bearings.

I paid $399 so obviously I am pissed, but for $100 get them.

lol. My bad, they are 199.99. And if you are still intrested, they were at a B&R Sports inside a roller hockey rink in Michigan (Skate Plex). I wear a size 7.

That's a roller hockey rink all year round? I remember I got my first response there before they came out in Canada. I wasn't aware it was a roller rink, and am surprised it was open during that Blizzard.

Yes, there is 2 roller hockey rinks and 1 indoor soccer feild. If you live around here then it is on Mound just south of 16 mile. But personally i don't like the floors at all. There are loose tiles and it is very bumpy. I play at joe dumars, on mound and 20 mile.
