damn inno

i just got my inno kovy prostock from 1800faceoff and i used it 4 times and the blades broken do u think the customer service will help me out at faceoff because i dont have the funds to buy a new stick and i need it for playoffs

1800faceoff has always been a quality company for me, all you can do is give them a call. Prostock sticks carry no type of warranty though, it's kind of buy at your own risk and hope it holds up.

I remember a stretch of time when Kovalev was a Ranger a season ago and he borke atleast one stick a game for about ten games. Once he broke two sticks in one shift.

Does anyone happen to know what Inno's warranty is like or if they even have one? I bought my brother a retail True One for his birthday last month and he broke it the other night, I know it hasn't been 30 days yet. Any help would be appreciated.

i ordered in an 1100 standard shaft, and had it explode in half upon being struck by a point shot while challenging the defence. first game of use as well.

Yes. Exactly. huuuhhhh . . . Is Kovalev still with the Canadiens . . . Until the Damn Lock-out . . . we won't know. DAMN LOCKOUT.

They may replace it but most warranties only cover manufacturer defects. Breaking after an impact like that is certainly no defect.

yea, no warranty on pro stocks, you could though call and whine, sometimes they will comp you, sometimes they wont. Many of my customers do this with Easton after their warranty has expired (within a couple of weeks). You have to give them a song and dance how you only buy their products and have been a loyal customer for years, blah, blah. They usually give in. Can't hurt to try.

I once had a guy get his blade on his 1-day old OPS caught in the Zamboni door.

He made the mistake of telling them, it got caught in the door. "not a manufacturers defect", not covered under warranty. :-(
