I'd have to disagree with the comments about the Vector blades.

To me, the blade on the V110 is excellent and has a great feel. The V120 I'd understand, it's blade isn't all that spectacular to me.

As proven in a previous thread w/ a poll for "Most Durable", the Vectors are the most durable sticks on the market today. The Vector grossly out numbered the other sticks mentioned in the poll. (thread here: http://www.modsquadhockey.com/index.php?showtopic=8196)

I agree about the stickers, they drive me nuts. But then again, a stick isn't about how it looks, it's about how it performs.

It all comes down to personal preference but when someone says the Vector isn't a durable stick I immediately think "mistreatment" or "abuse". ;)

The blades on the 110s don't retain their stiffness, one of my biggest complaints about blades. The shafts should hold up, they're thick walled and quite heavy. I tend to agree with Eazy, they appear to be a much cheaper stick that is sold at a higher price point.

well from the input i see here, i think im gonna go with the XN10, as it seems like the better choice from the people here, and it is lighter than the 1100...so well see how it goes

thanks for the inputs guys, i appreciate it

The diffference between a 460gram V110 and a 395 gram XN10 is, what, 1.5 to possibly 2 ounces? I don't know that I'd call that heavy, exactly - but I guess to each their own.....

As for the "appear to be much cheaper that others sold at that price point" I would say that based on the grade school mentality surrounding the stickers alone. Yes, superficial, but if you're paying that sort of dough for a STICK, is it that much to ask that they spend the extra $5 (MAX, if you factor in R&D) on using real paint?

It goes beyond the stickers. The fact they do use an ABS blade kind've gets to me. After it breaks and you cut it down they have sloppy inner walls, theres been vectors I couldn't put a butt end into. I think the thin blade with the thick shaft gives it a heavier feeling when you consider the balance of the stick as well. I am kind've bashing the stick. I don't think it's terrible, I just see some major flaws. Another thing that really kills the stickers is the grip with the V120. Since the stickers peel, so does the grip.
