when does the new momentum stick hit the stores. i want to get my hands on one. if any one knows any specs and durability on the stick, that info would be great.

Im pretty sure there out. I could be wroge but contact the people at www.hockey.com and they should tell you what they have cause I was going to get one but they dont have the color and patteren I want but im pretty sure they have them but email them or call them!!!

i dont think he means the older momentums. i think the new sher wood ops is called the momentum.

As an aside... The Sherwood Momentum shaft (by TruTemper) is VERY light... and everyone i know that has used it has loved it.

at my LHS the have two different kinds of momentums. the regular ones and ones that are call pro-somethings. they are not pro stocks because they have the regular patterns, but they are a lot more then the regular momentums

the pro _____ are the ones that replaced the eclipes i think i am not sure, but i think they have the neww axion blades on them.

At the moment the momentums split into two types: there is a black version, which is a proper composite OPS, the others are air-core sticks and shafts. ive had an momentum air-core shaft for about a year: pretty good for the price, kind of a middle ground between wood and composite. btw the momentum shafts and axion blades have been available over here for a year, seems like sher-wood may have been using the UK as a test market

They are the black ones rite? The guys in the UHL use them. I swear atleast 6 break a game if not more.
