hey guys need help with nhl 2005 i aint getting the dekes to work or i cant get close enough to the net thier defense always stop me??

you have to pass alot. and spiOramas work too.

when you use the deke button, it woks the best if you use it before you get to the top of the circle, that way you have time to shoot the puck but the goalie wont be in position. it works almost every time for me. one timers work the best though if your trying to score alot.

Yah ESPN's NHL 2K5 is much better. In EA's NHL 2005 the game play is fast and its almost impossible to set anything up, I always get leveled before I get to the net :(

NHL rivals on the Xbox was the best. The pick-up idea was awsome.

2006 will be a good game. All biases aside, I'm pretty sure it will be the best hockey game in '06.
