Just about every company does that. Companies aren't going to advertise disfavourable reviews on their site, that's bad business ans common sense. I have had terrible customer service at other big businesses yet continue to shop with them. Grudges are immature.

I no longer work in the field, but my friend told me the following: "A customer brought a stick in that was broken at the blade, when I asked him what happened, the customer said his son was a right handed shot so he flame torched the blade and put it under a door until it shifted right. The blade was completely destroyed and wanted to replace it under warranty"

Got this back from Stick Fix Texas South, was once a broken Kane shaft, had him add a RH blade (P91 pattern) and now measures 61" against the wall too! It's actually a Total One painted as an X:60, very interesting.
