Joe, did you order those RM19's from Sherwood or are they Pro stock? I have a Pro stock P.Mueller RM19 that is the same colour except red at the bottom sprayed black, so it basically looks the same as yours.

I know everything is personal preference and all, but why would you put a Zcarbon standard blade in your Warrior Dolomite 2 piece? You're losing the taper! Unless it's a broken Dolo OPS, of course. It's a busted OPS, look at the direction of the writing on the shaft. Nice collection you got there. Helmet/visor combo is unreal, nice skates, mitts, twigs. 600th Post!...for the second time now

I just used some red latex spray paint, used masking tape to tape off the helmet and cut out the pieces, at the end you'll need to get a brush and go under the plastic pieces a littel bit and put a few coats of paint on.. but if you want to know how to do it like a pro, then i'd wait to see Fallen's <_< .

Thanks Mack. If you've read my last post or two then you'd know that I know about it CJ.. Edit: I just re did the whole procedure with the same piece of wood but with "Gorilla Glue". I'll fill everyone in later tomorrow afternoon.

Yeah I know.. Review after taking a few snap/slap shots: So after I took a few snap shots and slap shots the glue started to loosen up, which was expected.. I'm going to pick up some epoxy in the next couple days because i'm pretty sure that that will work alot better. When I shook the stick the bottom half would wiggle, so i took a few slappers to see if the "shaft would split" but no dice. I'm pretty sure this will hold and with epoxy (not hot melt glue) that it will be fine.

I'm going to say the piece of wood was around 4.5 - 5 inches. I'm going to go take it out on the back deck right now, and put it to more of a test then I did last night. I actually think its over 60, don't know the exact price but remember I am in Canada.

I didn't say It would hold.. But so far, I've taken a few slap shots and it hasnt split. I was going to take it out on the ice this morning but I thought it'd just break first shot I'd take so it'd be a waste of time.

So, last night I was pretty bored and I couldn't stop glancing over at my Vector 10.0 that I broke quite a while ago, and I kept thinking to myself I really liked that stick but I can't remember what it was like. So I decided to fix it myself as an experiment without coughing up the 60$ or whatever it is. What I did was I cut the two broken ends off of the two pieces. I then took a piece of "Purple Heart" wood (no specific reason for that wood). I cut the wood/shaved it down so it would fit perfectly inside the shaft. I glued it into the half with the blade let it cool then glued it into the shaft piece, pushing the two pieces of the stick together over the wood. So far so good. Looks not bad, I'll let you be the judge. P.S its not like i'm actually goin to use this stick as my best stick, i'm just doing an experiment.
