  1. Wow that was actually a really good one. Thanks for putting an even bigger smile on me!
  2. I really would but it’s the last stick with my specs in my area. This isn’t a crackle at all. It’s definitely like a ticking or clicking sound. that’s another reason why I’m not certain if it’s a crack because it doesn’t continue or get louder if I flex any further.
  3. Yeah my bad I’ve been looking at so many sticks that I couldn’t remember if this one was fused or one piece. I can’t really describe the sound that well. To me it doesn’t really sound like a cracking noise. It sounds more like bending something that was glued together. It only happens when I flex the shaft on my forehand and vertically. It doesn’t feel like it’s more bendable on my backhand but doesn’t make the sound. It’s around the green spiral and where it says trigger 4. When I flex I’m barely putting on any weight and I still get the sound always at the same volume. I’m planning on giving it a few decently hard slap shots tomorrow. Maybe it’s just how Ccm was making them that some had that click?
  4. I think it’s a fused shaft. I’m not completely sure. How does a broken shaft feel? Would I feel anything if it’s just a very small crack?
  5. I just bought a brand new Trigger 4 pro and I flexed it and there is a ticking sound around the middle of the shaft. I can’t tell what it is. I’m just a little concerned about it being cracked. Any advice would help.
  6. How was your experience with durability?
  7. Anyone have experience with the durability and performance of the trigger 4 pro? How does it compare to the trigger 3? I haven’t used any of them but I have a chance to get one or the other.
  8. Which curve would you say is easier to lift shots with?
  9. Oh that makes more sense now. Yeah the ball definitely curves a lot from farther distances but I have trouble hitting the net from anywhere lol. I feel like an even bigger curve would hurt me more than help
  10. How’s the openness of the P28 compared to the p29 and p92
  11. Is the P29 smaller and less opened than the P92? And how do they compare to the W03?
  12. Haha sorry I have no clue what a four foot break is😅😂
  13. Has the P30 been discontinued? And how is it for openness compared to the p88? Is it easier to lift? I’d be using it with a ball so I’m not sure if it would be a big difference for that.
  14. Can anyone tell me the curves that Marner and Mackinnon use as well as their stick length? Also how open are their curves compared to a p88?
  15. Can anyone tell me the curves that Marner and Mackinnon use as well as their stick length?
  16. My fingers end up like 1/8-1/4 of an inch from the tips. Sometimes depending on the positioning I am touching
  17. @nutters I just got my surgeon gloves today and I have a question. This goes for all gloves I just don’t really know how to fit them. Should the stitching right under the palm of the glove be riding the bottom of my palm or should it be on my wrist?
  18. Anyone have durability issues with either of these sticks or other sticks from their lines?
  19. Thanks for the feedback. I do use a p88
  20. How much does stick flex matter with a ball? Would it be better to use a stiffer or whippier flex? Would it be better to use a low kick stick instead of mid or high since they don’t need to be loaded as much?
  21. I’d love to play dek hockey for my school. We have a bunch of teams around not affiliated with schools that play tournaments.
  22. Even in ball hockey, you can still use your body and play pretty physical (depending on the refs of course) without getting called for penalties. IMO really only the rules are more similar to ice and the fact that it’s 5v5. The game is different since there isn’t any checking or skating. With me, I’m just starting to skate and join a high school inline team and I don’t really have hands. I do have a nice shot though.
  23. Yes you still run. But, unlike inline as of right now, ball hockey popularity is exploding. There are even international tournaments.
  24. Dek is actually organized and has very similar rules to ice hockey while still being its own game
  25. That’s what I would think. I’m not sure if going down in flex would be bad. What I’m using right now is already a little low for my weight and strength but I can rip all shots with it
