    I used to reply...well, I just watched the video, as I yank them out of the customers hands. The looks were always priceless, a good majority of the time the customer thought I was joking (though I just went to work and never said I was joking), and half the time they would walk out.     No, unless youre talking about the NBH ID sticks...those actually have a warrnty, which isnt as good as a retail warranty. Zach
