The Mrs. used my birthday as a convenient excuse to get a Wii. Strange how when it was a present for me that I am here at work and she is at home setting it up and playing with it.

I realize it was subtle but folks should have got the joke.

Got the results of my latest echocardiogram and the athlete's heart issue that showed up when I was in the hospital in December has calmed down quite a bit.

The One90's in the ebay link have curves that big. The angle that the pic was taken makes it look milder.

Got to hold the X:60 stick last night. Very light. The shaft shape was thin and seemed rather rounded. My first thought was something similar to the Flyweight metamorphic but not as thin. It does look sharp.

Caught sight of the stick last night, can't say where or who because I don't think they were supposed to have it out for public viewing. The color scheme appears to be following the XXXX, white top half and dark bottom. The new Bauer logo was prominent on both the top and bottom half on forehand and backhand sides of the shaft. That is about all I know. I didn't get a chance to hold it so I can't answer anything on feel, weight, or balance.

Classic case of two wrongs don't make a right. Your buddy, especially being a bigger guy, shouldn't be playing physical in a pick-up game and the guy definitely shouldn't have cracked him like that.

That would be a shame for David. Talent gets you in the game but intensity and being able to play the coach's system is what keeps you on the team. Beer leagues are filled with talented guys who refused to buy into a total game. I hope Mr. Perron doesn't become one of them.

Wrong, don't do it until you know the guys and they know you. Friends are likely to pull some of that stuff on each other but if you aren't in that circle, play it clean.
