Really the best idea to reward a useless skill?
-
Sometimes a lack of scoring is not only the forwards fault. Take a look at where the D is getting them the puck. Are the forwards getting passes in open ice on their stick or in their feet with an opponent nearby. The right first pass can make a huge difference.
-
Sure, there is the potential for a prank war to break out from a reprisal egging but that is the chance you take.
-
The kids egged your house first. An equal and appropriate response is justified. Involving parents is the sure-fire way for you to receive some retaliation from the kids that did it.
-
Why not just egg their house? Better than being a rat, no?

I don't know. If 3 different doctors think you're done then perhaps you should heed their advice.

2009-2010 Washington Capitals Thread

Forsberg will be great for the 12 games that you'd get out of him. -
"It was my understanding there would be no math in tonight's debate."

Based on what I've seen of Chiarelli, he's not a wait and see kind of guy. He was quick to pull the trigger on an underperforming Kobasew and he sounded hopeful that his departure would serve as a wakeup call for the rest of the team. I wouldn't be surprised if we saw Ryder or Sturm packing the moving vans. We're looking at a team who has scored 4 goals in the last five games and 1 in the last three.
-
And the countdown for Chiarelli blowing up this team and starting over again begins in 3.................2..................1..........................

I think you should change your user name to Job. Good luck.

I watched some of the latest Wanda Sykes special and she does a great bit about coming out to her parents.

Slapshots into traffic, period.

Someone really needs to take off his homer glasses. Did Booth make a sudden move at the last second that put his head where his shoulder should have been? No. It is good that he was remorseful but that doesn't change what he did to Booth.
-
Seriously? It wasn't like Booth made a sudden move before the hit and Richards had plenty of time to line up his hit. He knew exactly where he was going to hit Booth.
-
Not only is it a classy thing to do but it can instantly diffuse a touchy situation.
-
Sometimes it can happen if players are unsure of the system and that slight twinge of hesitation can make it appear that they aren't hustling. Other times teams believe their own press and they just don't play with the sense of urgency that they should because they think they can always pull it out.
-
Sounds like a keeper.
-
And not a word about how the team is doing. Nice.

"Sir, in all fairness, I've been involved in this game quite a bit and kids who start as young as your's tend to shoot lefty if they are right handed. You can look it up on the web if you like."

Unless they toss him into Kobasew's spot on Bergeron's wing then I don't see Paille topping the 10 mark for goals.
-
To be honest, if you've gone through 4 pair in a year trying to find a skate that works then you're probably going to the wrong shop to begin with.
-
Last night could have been post-trade jump. Let's wait a few games before we fall in love. I am liking how Bergeron is playing. He finally seems to be rounding out into the player he was progressing towards before his noggin issues. I still think he is on his way to being a Forsberg-esque type of player.
