  1. Mack would like mine better - mine are HG1-style.
  2. If you can find them, Easton Black Magic bat (circa 2001)... great aluminum bat. Nice lead-bead loaded "Mother load" end cap, great pop.. I think I still have one of those swimming in my gear closet :) Honestly, all the sluggers I have used have been hammers. Not to go off subject but I am surprised at how many MSH members play softball. JR should set up a MSH softball game or something. Hell yeah! I played softball two yrs ago...1st base, straight John Kruk-ing it with some Skoal, Red Man and Big League Chew.
  3. I still have a pair of originals. Palm was gone and the glove was in bad shape - let's just say that they can go in the trash now.
  4. Just got these oldies but goodies today. It is available still - it is a NHL Z-Air Yzerman Pro glove. They are nylon, Bio-Dri liner and split fingers :) I asked for short cuff but beggers can't be choosers - I can get them chopped off locally.
  5. Surely you can read my post in which I described the 90, then look at the catalogue and specs and see what the 70 doesn't have.
  6. He already has the hat. :) Yeah, we'll arrange something - we have quite a few C-Bus members on MSH.
  7. The Jackets say that people will be contacted at the end of the month.
  8. Different catalogue that I gave to my boss. I'll try to get it.
  9. http://www.modsquadhockey.com/pics/JR/2007...bhholiday07.pdf Sticks - The XXXX will be NBH's flagship stick. It is roughly a little heavier than the XXX Lite. The shaft shape is the same, however the shaft has been reinforced (hence the weight increased) however it is spread out throughout the shaft to keep it balanced. Like previously discussed in the XXXX stick thread, the Wavebridge has been eliminated - their new DET foam allows for a stronger blade. Also, there is an embossed X on the blade. It is non-grip - the Stick'um will be in the 08 catalogue. The XXV is the replacement for the XX Stick'um - however with a down-spec'd DET blade. The XVI replaces the VIII, however, with a choice of 4 colors. The XII replaces the V. They will be available at First Line Dealers on 10/15, and the rest on 11/15.

  11. Out of curiosity, what do you look for when evaluating someone? If it's a secret, I understand. Posture, knee bend, stride length, turning radius...
  12. $20 is the going rate in MI, however I charge $25 based on my experience, the fact that I do on-ice evaluations (which nobody in this area does) and I do free adjustments. I do not throw them in with a skate purchase, however I have done it before to get the sale. I am not knocking you - I am just wondering why so cheap. What kind of setup do you use?
  13. Do they give the customer choices, or do they basically clean up the blade?
  14. Curious to know why you charge $8 for a custom radius.
  15. Customer - "Do you guys do skate sharpening?" Me, standing next to machine - "We don't have this 800 lb red thing for nothing."
