Ah ok, both have got 'S17NHL 100 Sakic L' on the sticker and the curves are identical in every way, although I havnt got a retail Sakic to compare with, they look right. I assume you were the seller, thanks again!

Picked up a couple of S17's on eBay, Jordan Staal and Gary Roberts. Both are 'true' S17's as far as I can gather (both have an eliptical taper) and feel exactly the same, but for or some reason the Jordan Staal S17 has 'D 3 8' on the underside of the shaft and the graphics are spaced differently on both sticks. Both sticks were from the same seller, but the Jordan Staal S17 was marked 'Custom' on the auction. Do any of the pros on here know what these numbers mean?

Not unless the 280 & 288 hole pattern is the same, because theres no additional holes.

Nope both are 9.5EE (vapors were too narrow for me). Wonder if longer runners/holders is just something that changed when Nike and Bauer became NBH.. Its wierd, the Flexlites look narrower then the vapors but they feel wider.

$67 Nike Flexlite 12s from eBay. Any idea why the steel is 280 when my vapors (same size, 9.5) have 288?

Ha.. no it is expensive! I wouldn't mind some Franchises with Smyth-esque 12" cuffs but I wouldn't like to see that invoice.

Cant remember how long I left mine in the bucket for.. but it was probably around 10 minutes. edit: by bucket i mean the bucket of dye, not the helmet.

I believe you can get them from anyone that carries swiss grafs. Try some of these listed here: http://www.grafskates.ch/167.html?&L=1 It would appear that www.ukpallas.fi carry them.
