perron with a pretty nice goal in front of the net on like his third shift, good stuff.
-
i mean pro stocks. i've got a few perron 808's right now.. but i'd love to try the 11k.
-
does that mean i can have some perron-curved 11k's now?
-
merry christmas!
-
I can only hope that this means i'll be able to get some more pro stock reebok sticks with perrons curve... I'd love a 11k to go with these 808's.
-
yeah that was mentioned in the off season thread.. that a reaaly good deal.
-
caps have been disappointing me lately but at least they'll clinch the eastern tonight.
-
especially since neither of them really did anything in the first 65 minutes. ovechkin needs to stop looking for the pass and shoot more.
-
didn't the steroid deal originally happen last year? plus, didn't all the Olympians (ovie, backstrom, semin, varlamov) have to get tested to compete?
-
... this is like the third time this year they've scored 5-7 goals without OV.
-
lol @ crosby/hank.
-
green wouldn't be on one of the forward lines because he's a defender.
-
I think jurcina is injured? Anyway i didn't watch the game but steckel was scratched for Walker ( who had 2 goals, nice). Erskie was scratched for Corvo.

i hate ordering gear from hockeymonkey. I'd almost rather pay more money for a product i don't really want from my LHS. hockeymonkey will probably put the shit i ordered tuesday in the mail friday so it won't get here until the middle of next month because UPS is retarded.

-
oh ok. i left after the firts and didn't get back unilt the ned of the second. Should've dressed varly.
-

-

with both starting goalies and some top forwards and defense called up :D

Holtby looked really good in training camp this year also. I think he may be a hidden gem that will net a decent return as part of a trade, if both Neuvirth and Varlamov develop as planned. It's hard to say when a goalie is NHL ready, some don't develop until their late 20's, others look good from juniors on up. Holtby has excelled given the opportunity within the organization, I hope he gets a start in his callup, but it does look like it's just a precautionary ride the pine for a game or 2 until Theo is Ok again I saw Holtby a couple weeks ago and was impressed by his play and he seems to be a big "team guy". After every goal he came out to the blue line to congratulate the guys after they went down the bench tapping gloves. There were a couple other things that just stood out as being very team oriented. I got to see holtby a few times in south carolina and other than a few bad goals i've liked the way he played. wish we could get him back :D

Most GMs want at least one veteran netminder when they head into the playoffs. i already thought of that. we'll bring artus irbe out of retirement for a few weeks.
-
every other time i watch a perron goal the announcer says something about "the ol 9 of hearts right there". what the hell ?
-
So, anyone thinking trade theo for a bag of pucks and a minor league goalie and keep varly and neuvy in washington?
-
i signed perron to my team on NHL 10. He got a short handed, game tying goal with 30 seconds left in the 3rd. thanks!
