I can't even tell what stick that is anymore. My guess is that it's a Tri Flex with a spray painted blade. I'm probably wrong. Nice gear btw. * Response Plus.

..and I've come to the conclusion that Custom + would have looked better on my skates than Lightspeeds.. :D

Sam that Dylan on the right? Heck yes it is.

Product: Easton Synergy SL / Sakic Curve (P3) / 65 Flex (Intermediate) / Left-Handed Background: 5'9" 140 Lbs. 10-11 years of hockey, 13 years old. RW, finesse forward. On the Ice 7-9 times a week. Other Products Used: Synergy Si-Core, Synergy Grip, Synergy, Mission M-1, Synthesis Grip (with Synthesis blade), TPS XN10, Vector 110, RBK 6K, Sherwood Eclipse, Various wood sticks. Blade - I have used every model of Synergy up to this date (02', 03 x4, 04 x2, 05 x1) and this blade is the best by far. It is not overly thin but the feel with it is by far the best that I have used. So far there is no loss of stiffness and the blade is showing that it is a tank. 10/10 Flex - This flex at first I thought would be too whippy for me, but I said screw it and decided to try it out. Now that the shaft is 'opening up,' I can feel it whip on every shot that I take. Soon enough it will be too whippy, but until then this is good enough. 8.5/10 (PP) Stickhandling/receiving passes - This is one of the areas where this stick really shines. As I said before this blade has amazing feel. I haven't had a problem receiving passes with composite sticks, but with this stick, it feels great. I don't stray from the Sakic pattern, so this sticks lie is perfect for me. Giving passes is fine, as is receiving. I have no complaints here..10/10 Shooting - Easily the best part of the stick. Shots fly off of this stick, like none other. I have used tons of sticks and this one cleans up compared to them. I can definetely say I got some extra kick out of this stick, and the shots are coming off harder than my XN10 was, by a good amount. 10/10 Weight and balance - Lightest twig I have used to date. This stick feels like I have nothing in my hands. Very good balance, there is nothing I can complain about here. 10/10 Durability - This stick is so far so good. It is a truck so far, showing no signs of breakage, aside from the slash marks and paint chipping (and we all know about that). Almost all of the paint is off, except for the part where they have ratings (performance/wear). I don't break a lot of sticks, when I do it seems to be due to something else . This stick is not going to be going anywhere, anytime soon, unless something drastic happens. 10/10 Intangibles - The shaft shape is a little different for me, compared to my other Synergy's. It feels like it has a contoured shape, but there is nothing wrong with that. I am starting to feel better about the shape, and it feels more natural in my hands. One other thing was how slick this stick is/was. I am really used to grip sticks so this needed a solid candycane, and once I threw that on it was perfect. I am going to start getting non-grip sticks and candycane them from now on, I like it that much. 9.5/10 Conclusion - This stick is perfect for me, I don't see me buying any other brand for a while. Overall Grade - 10/10 (I can't dock it for PP, it's too amazing for that)

At least 3 Jr. A players per team in Alberta wear Great White's.
-
Not bad, not bad at all.
-
I'm assuming that you're from Montreal?
-
GTHL Midget AAA would be a good comparison, but since Prep hockey is from 1988-1991, the ages are going to be different. The Grade 12's from what I understand are Jr. A level players, 4 or 5 of them are OHL calibre. One guy in Grade 10 is going to Team Canada's U17 camp, one grad this year is going DI, you get the drift.
-
Thanks Dan..they definetely had a solid team this year, the program has been getting better by leaps and bounds every year since 2000 when they started rebuilding. They played against Shattuck St Mary's, which has #1 CHL Bantam pick, Jon Toews, Angelo Esposito, and a few guys ranked for the draft. LOL, I hope we play them that would be sweet if some of those guys were still there. Regina-SAC is a Toronto/Surrounding Area school, SAC and UCC are like rival schools..that sounds corny but its true.

Already finished with the SL Cavs? You have a insane amount of nice sticks if you are..(bows)
-
Yepp, they entered it this year to get more exposure to get guys more Schollys.

It's High School. I'm in Gr. 8 so I am going into High School next year, and yea. CCM sponsored St. Andrew's, so they get Pro Tacks gloves, pants, those helmets, shins, elbows, etc all for discounted price. I believe actually they get the gloves and lids for 'free'. Ranger 8, I put tape on my holders because I'm just a gomer like that ;)

Your crossover looks good, head up, that's pretty good for a beginner. This is my practice jersey for whoever asked for pics of jerseys. That is the emblem that is on my teams jersey, like in my avatar. We also have a mesh like material under the armpits and down the sides, a la Tampa Bay. Jersey These pictures are of the team I'm playing for next year, unfortunately I have to switch to a CCM helmet :( http://kilby.sac.on.ca/Athletics/macpherson/mccull.gif http://kilby.sac.on.ca/Athletics/macpherson/1.gif That's my summer hockey team, BTW I'm not in any of these pics, just if anyone wonders. http://img27.exs.cx/my.php?loc=img27ℑ=untitled1wk.png

Can you list off the skates you have there?
-
The palms are good, a little crusting is starting to come around on the right glove, the left is in impeccable condition and I have been using them for 4 1/2 months now, skating 7 or 8 times a week. The outer shell is all right, two poly inserts have came out because of being stepped on by other peoples skates when I got knocked down in a scrum in front of the net. Graf's are Great White 735's
-
Those are wicked sweet, but I would really want the great white to go along the sides like mine do. Almost none of the guys in the dub wear neck guards, I wonder why they do in the Q?
-
Nice looking skates..I want to see a pair of those in great white and my day would be made.
-
What level do you play York..?
-
Yea I wasn't sure if I should have gone with this or an 85 flex, but I take generally wrist/snap shots so it has worked out for the best. It kicks when I take wristers so thats sweet. It's definetely 65 flex, not just hte numbers have changed, so if you like that then yea you should giver.
-
Na, she doesn't say yes until the 30th time I ask..lol
