having to clean up a 3 month mess (cost management and cost accounting related)... because the last person didnt train the person who was taking over thier job properly. its amazing how leaving out one small detail, especially when its accounting, can totally F*$K $#!T up...

one of the profs in my program (bcomm-accounting) told me that maybe I wasnt cut out for accounting and I should try a different path. I was told this after failing the mid term pretty badly (class average is usually 50% on the mid term in this class, and out of 30-40 students, and the end of the class usually 4 or 5 pass and everyone else retakes it, its a 4th year course). The sweet spot, having her call my name for graduation in the Bcomm-Accounting program on a stage in front of a theatre full of people. I remember on the way there I was thinking, man... I hope she is there to see me graduate. I got one better than what I was hoping for :D

a few notes from the past 3 leafs games game against ATL...great job game agianst NYR....amazing game good win (guy at work is a huge NYR fan and is no where to be found when they lose to the leafs i love it) Game against Pitt...great game...Kessel's hat after the game in the post game media scrum was amazing lol...i kept thinking of Punch Emlach the entire time.

it was one of the guys from the cbc hockey night in Canada...and an AHL announcer (backup role). i believe it was Jeff Marek (he wasnt all that good though...should have had Doc Emrich calling it)

i Second that...that was really great. i let out a loud cheer when they tied, and an even louder one when they won it short handed in OT. maybe that was a pilot to see the ratings? even if its once a week every Sunday (as i believe alot of home games are on Sunday's). Might actually educate alot of Toronto about our prospects. A good blue collar (affordable/working mans) hockey team.

Watching the Toronto Marlies play the Abbottsford Heat on CBC and win SH in OT...that was sweet.

Nice to see that the leafs are winning some games. They've put a pretty good string of games together. I wonder what the chances are of the leafs making it out of the bottom 3 in the lottery draft? Any ideas from anyone... last nights game was alot of fun to watch. hopefully they can hang onto Bozak and Kulemin. They are really coming around. also...watching the marlies win on CBC was amazing too...goal with 47 seconds left and then win short handed in OT. hoping there were alot of ppl watching that game on CBC.

they both had a point too... i think alot of the players have pretty much quit on this season though. hopefully the young guys can set a good tone for the next season. i am so not watching the draft this year.

the toronto maple leafs picked up Jamie Lundmark on Waivers from the Calgary Flames. dont know how good of a player he is, but lets hope if we do play him he can get his game going and put up some good strong play and some points. from some of the calgary games i have seen (he hasnt played many) he seems like a decent pick up.Leafs pick up Lundmark on Waivers

with as good as Halak is playing, I think if they get a reasonable offer for Carey, he's off.

the marlies are in abbotsford. they couldnt get to them in time and they wouldnt make it for the game. one thing about Kadri and Kypreos mentioned this after the game...he didnt look out of place at all. that was a fun game to watch again. lets keep up the scoring by committee boys.
