hey justin just a quick question....

how durable will the '06 models be?

I ask this because im quite happy to shell out the money for top of the range skates....but only if theyll last. i bought the D1's and i loved the comfort and performance.... but they broke within 6 months. then i used a lower end pair of mission. and they broke within the next 6 months. im currently in a pair of RMX's i had stored away, but theyre not looking too grand!

so basically all im asking is will they last me a year? i remember when the 'V' series were around, they lasted ages!

I have 2 questions about the new line#1) What is the interior is it leather/clarino or that cloth that was in My old D1c's...?

#2)Will Mission be offering a EE width model...?

1 The top two models have Clarino Based liners.

2. EE is available in the 10000 and 5500 Models

See previous pages about the durability of these skates...We spent more money than ever before making these skates the best built skates possible.

wicked, sounds good to me. I always prefered mission stuff, but, being 17 i dont have the money to buy skates very often.

I'll take a look when theyre released and probably get a pair. :P

I'm just wondering, what colours will the '06 Mission Helium Hockey Gloves be available in, or is it still unconfirmed since it looks like Riley is putting up hockey gloves from the '05 Mission Helium line.

Hey Justin,

Any idea if theres any plans to ever bring back the 3 finger gloves like the Icon's?

I've had a pair of 3 finger'd Icon's since 2000 and still use them to this day.

The kevlar palm has just finally worn through to the material.

BEST GLOVES EVER.

If I can find a digicam I'll post up some pics of the abuse they've taken in the last 5 years.

You actually think broads look at your gloves when you play. If you like 3 fingers better and they help your game I think girls would be more impressed over that.

Three Fingered part aside I was just really impressed by the quality of them.

Like I said I've had mine 5 years and they're still going strong.

I was thinking of replacing them with the 05 line of HE 950 gloves but when I tried them on they felt a bit "cheaper"?

Not to say that they aren't good gloves, they just didn't feel like they would last as long or as well as my Icons.

Though in saying that I guess I'm not helping mission much wearing the same pair of gloves for 5 years ;)

seems to as if it wasnt THAT long ago that the 05 heliums came out...those 950's were like $399 brand new..and now $299....what do you think these newest best ones will cost? i am assuming that those black ones are the higher model...im guessing $450 !?!?!

I got my 950's about 6 months ago here in NZ, I think that was at least a few months after they came out. Price here was NZ$800.00

I've since had one of the DNA strands break and they are going to replace them with 9500's (or hopefully 10k's if I pay the diff in price)

10k's are priced at NZ$900.00

I've got no qualms about paying the extra $100.00 to get the top model. That's why I got the 950's

I am sure you will be please with either the 9500 or 10000 skates. We have had a couple guys on the NZ national team testing the new models for the past 6 months...They have been extremely pleased with them.

Oh for sure, I'm looking forward to them.

I couldn't believe how awesome the 950's were when I got them.

After wearing Proto VSi's from 98 to I think 2003 then getting some RMX's the 950's blew me away.

I'm sure the 06 range will as well :)

The benefit of three finger was your pinky and ring finger could work together to get better control and increase grip of your stick...I actually love the 3 finger on my bottom hand, but hate it on the top...That is why I liked the Warp O gloves
