Alright, we can talk about the Mem. Cup here, or the Mods can make a seperate pinned topic for this. The four teams are now set as Kelowna defeated Brandon tonight. They are Kelowna (defending champs), Rimouski, Ottawa and London. I think London has too much power for everyone else this year. Kelowna's goalie can be some what spectacle at times. I haven't heard much of Ottawa or the Crosby-run-Oceanic so I wouldn't know about them. What's your thoughts and this and predictions?

i'm going for anybody but london. schremp and perry are both sick, but they are way too cocky for me too like them. Though i cant wait until the 21st when rimouski and london play.

Out of the four teams I'd have to place them 1. London 2. Rimouski 3. Kelowna 4. Ottawa I'm expecting either London or Kelowna to take it.

I live in Guelph, ON where the Storm play. So I'm hoping London doesn't win. I'm going to go with Rimouski. Should be a great tournament.

Seriously, it's a tough decision to do since nobody or so have seen all 4 teams or atleast 2-3, but what i can tell is it will be either Rimouski or London.

oceanic aren't necessarily ran by just crosby. they're loaded with offense all over the ice, and play wide open. mooseheads were the top defensive team in the Q this year, and rimouski tore them to peieces.

I'm going with London, they are just top to bottom heavy. I am impressed Kelowna has made it the past 3 years, that isn't done very often. I saw them play earlier this year and was impressed. I've seen all of these teams play at least once and London has definately impressed me the most, and that was before they loaded up. The only thing that kind've jumps in here is the fact its a tournament situatation where 1 bad game can kill you.

...like Guelph last year getting absolutely pumped by Gatineau, that was ugly. Seriously though, I hope Kelowna takes it home, being my partial hometown, but I think London will. The hype around them has to be founded somewhere, and their roster is the NY Rangers (pre-rebuilding) performing. I don't know if Ottawa can handle themselves, but I think they may win a game or two and upset. London takes it, though.

I don't think Ottawa is bad, but they caught alot of breaks to get there. London was basically a definite this year, and then they were garaunteed a spot because their hosting. The first round in Ottawa's side saw Peterborough as the only upper seed come through, from there they played teams that had basically accomplished what they set out to do.

The Oceanic is on fire so i'm going with them. Since christmas they lost one game and that team is probably the best in the history of the Rimouski franchise, well balanced offence and defence so they are my fav's in this tournament.

Rimouski's a really good team but i dont think they have what it takes to win it all. There goalie is a little sketchy and there D isnt all that big. i think London is taking it from what i have seem of them on Sportscenter.

I think that London will win, they have four tremendous D and three solid lines not to mention they beat Ottawa easily without some of their better players in the lineup. Reminds me of when the Rangers were in it a few years back, the team is just to deep from top to bottom for anyone to shut them down.

i've seen them 4 times this year. they play a wide open, all offense style of hockey, and for the opposing team to do the same. good stuff to watch

Im a london fan but I still think the knights have way to much firepower. Noone has even mentioned David Bolland who is an amazing player. Ottawa will be outclassed, Kelowna doesn't have the goalscoring and Rimouski can't play defence

i went to game four of the Halifax/Rimouski series and watched game 1and2 on tv and all i can say is its a good thing Rimouski has the fire power they do because the Mooseheads where in every game (except game1). when Rimouski would go up by a few goals there D couldnt keep the lead, and they let Halifax right back in the game. Rimouski has a few solid defencemen but they looked a little timide in the corners. I think Rimouski will do alright at the Mem. Cup but i dont think they have what it takes to win. I think that London is going to blow them out pritty bad but thats MO.
