anyone know where i can get the lightspeed 2 holders as seen on the vapor xxx skates?

Are you talking about the actual XXX holder with red trim? If so they are not available to purchase separately. As far as I know the most recent LS1 and the LS2 is the same thing.

you are correct. I have the LS2 holders in stock but they don't have the red trim. I think that trim is only applied on the XXX skates.

they do have the red trim on them. i just got my 703's back from my LHS where i got lightspeed 2's put on and they DO have red trim :D

Does anyone know who carries the 2005 8090 model with the LS2 holder? Every store I have been to and online site I have checked on;y has the 2004 model with the LS1.

The 8090 doesn't have the red paint I don't think, so you should check if they say lightspeed 1 or 2 on them.

On another note, the flexlite's have the red on them.

theres no difference to the ls1 and ls2 system except the metal and on the ls2's you dont use the allen key type thing that was on the ls1's, to tighten the blades you go to your lhs to get it done.they have a tool there

Yeah, the ones around here say "Lightspeed." Even in the 2005 Bauer catalog the pic of the 8090 still has the LS1 holder but the description mentions that it will have the LS2 holder.

I have one LS2 holder and one original LS holder on my G3s because one of my LS2's broke at a tourney and the shop had no LS2s. Its exactly the same thing. If anything, 8090s can be had cheaper with "ls1s" even though its the exact same skate.
