Good day to all Users,

I would like to thank Modsquad Hockey for giving me the chance to post here today. I have been reading some of the discussions over the last few days and I requested the opportunity to shed some light on my company and our products.

Made In AMERICA is a new company, We manufacture Hockey gloves and we are in the process of manufacturing other high performance products.

We offer a new way of purchasing Hockey equipment. All of our products are fully customizable, Color, materials, size and prints.We do this because we feel that everybody deserves to be fitted like a pro.

I do not wish to advertise here but only to help you make an educated decision on our products. Over the next few days I will try to answer all if any of the questions some of you might have.

Although we do offer a high abbresion resistant Nylon We are currently selecting the colors we will offer. I will have this added to the customizer as soon as possible.

We are set-up for custom orders so our turn around time will always be less then 2 weeks out our door delivery. Some custom orders may take a little longer. (i.e. very large size or very large orders!)

2 weeks!! wow that amazing. i think eagle takes like 12 + weeks for their custom gloves

people can see a finished product and i will give my opinion of the gloves after i wear them.

I would like to apologize for some of the little problems our website may cause.

It was done quickly with the only purpose of getting the customizer and some basic information out there, We are currently remodeling it and we will release it in august. Please note that The price is 159 us dollars for a full blown customized pair.

As for microvent;

Microvent is the newest way of making hockey plams.

We add tiny microperferation to the leather, this makes the palms dry soft and supple in a quicker amount of time.

The holes in the microvent leather actually prevent the tears from getting bigger,

the holes kinda act as a ripstop agent.

I'm just curious, for your glove customizer, are you going to have all the same colours available. Like, theirs a solid yellow colour for one choice, but no golden yellow available, and than theirs a gold yellow choice available, but no yellow. Just a suggestion. Can you also tell me what the difference in the foams our?

Can you do sublimated jerseys?

I need to price out sublimated jerseys and the factory we use for our jerseys was honest enough to say sublimation is not their strong suit. The quantity would be somewhere between 500-2500.

The customizer is getting redone at this moment as well as the entire website,

It is my belief that the Yellow from our classic is not up to our standard of quality,

However the golden yellow from the carbon collection exceeds them, this is why we have decided to only offer the golden yellow from the carbon collection.

as soon as we can come up with a shade of yellow in the classic that is more geared for hockey we will release it.

I have included technical information about both foams,

in a nutshell VA80 foam has more density and is lighter then any propylene foams out there thus more protection, better fit, lighter weight glove.

trilam is the same foam with some High density foam sandwiched in the middle,

same result more impact dispersment.

VA80 Ethylene copolymer foam

This closed cell cross-linked ethylene copolymer foam is tougher, more resilient and stronger than other foams. Due to its lightweight and optimal density this copolymer foam offers enhanced energy absorption.

Trilam Pro package

Comfort and Protection are targeted by this unusual combination of foams. Copolymers with high density polyethylene (HD) and EVA foam.

Properties of both foams

- are inert and lightweight;

- are tough, flexible and resilient;

- are highly energy absorbent;

- are easy to thermoform using standard vacuum forming or heat impression moulding techniques;

- have a very wide operating temperature range;

- exhibit excellent chemical and water resistance

If I select white as the main colour, and white as the print colour, will there be no print or a black outline? Also, when ordering it says Required Shipping Date, I'm not sure what I would enter there. Thanks.
