Eazy_b97 1 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 I've seen a few Pro-stock Si-Cores on the web, are these actual Si-Cores or just painted over synergy's?

Juice_Slowjamz 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 On the UPC sticker for pro stock si cores, it says something like "NHL SYN SI", then I saw some orange ones that just say "NHL SYN". So maybe that's a way of telling the difference.
Eazy_b97 1 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 Really want to take the chance? Not really, just curious to see if they hada method of knowing that we don't.
flaming_june 2 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 and you wonder why oats don't score much goals with his custom flat curve :P
ponty 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 45 or 46 goals in one year in the 90's. That occured when Neely was out as well and Juneau and Kvartalnov were his wingers.
Chadd 916 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 I love his curve but that sucker is probably about a 120 flex. His woodies are freaking rebar.
mack 44 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 The Zholtok's a beaut from what I've seen but the Oates is eerily tempting if only out of curiousity.
Chadd 916 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 I may pick up one of his woodies just for fun. I'll post a pic if I do.

shootnscore19 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 i saw a tanguay si core at my lhs and it had to be atleast a 120 flex!
ponty 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 i saw a tanguay si core at my lhs and it had to be atleast a 120 flex! I can use those for 2 or 3 months before my right elbow and shoulder feel like they are gonna fall off. Then I have to switch to an 85 to a 100 a bit. I actually like a real stiff flex better as I pass better and my slap shots are harder. Go figure.
Lucius 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 Perani's also has a bunch, FYI.
Flo Hockey 7 0 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 Just called faceoff and the synergys and grips are $120 or theree for $300 The Si-Cores and Si Core grips are $140 or three for $340. Not a bad deal especially for the Si-Core grips if they are real.

mack 44 Report post Posted April 24, 2004 Sounds like a Modano and the Synergys that made it to eBay had the same blade shape. Too bad the bananas aren't around.
