Despite his RBK deal, he's actually a Sher Wood stick guy. I believe he has a year or two left on that contract.

On teh ice where you are comfortable and in yoru element is one thing...On a Sound Stage in LA...different. I thought he did pretty good.

Letterman has done the football thing with kickers/QB's on the roof hitting a silly target...most of them never make the shot either....if they do it takes 5-6 tries.

My local sports news channel showed some clips and I found it funny when you heard Crosby give a big groan when on his first shot he missed the dryer by a country mile. The next couple were off the corner, then he nailed it. A pretty funny bit actually.

I wonder if he knew he was going to do this? (probably not based on his reaction)

I wonder if they had the stick & curve correct? (it was a sherwood stick)

I didn't notice what kind of surface he was shooting off of. Could also account for the inacuracy.

All-in-all, the kid did good though -- I'm cheering for him.
