Best team for shootouts

I've never been a big Recchi fan but the guy is clutch. I don't know anyone who would say the same about the other two. But let's be honest, Mario won't be healthy enough to be on the shootout line after mid-November.

Can't coaches throw in anyone for the shootout, or do they have to have it set before the game? If you don't have to have a set shootout line, I'd put in whoever is having a good night...within reason.

Anyways, I'm liking my Calgary Flames with Iginla, Amonte, Donovan/Lankow, and Kiprusoff.

Recchi is a clutch goal scorer but he isn't a pure goal scorer. When people talk about the Pens its an automatic Lemieux, Crosby and of course ..... PALFFY this guy is one of the best pure goal scorers in the game.

does anybody remember recchi's penalty shot in the playoffs agaisnt hasek a few years back? It was the second worst thing ive ever seen, he skated straight did 2 brutal head fakes then shot at hasek's chest. (The worst thing I've ever seen by the way was when Renberg took a slapshot on a penalty shot.)

Reichel with the slapshot?

The Pens have a lot of shootout candidates. However, which ones would pout if they weren't on the list? That might affect the coach's decision, too.
