God knows what company, I'd look for it but its at home and I'm away at school. All I know is that on it, it says POWER Whey Protein.

Not starchy. Takes good with fruits, milk..etc.

I recently switched from Designer Whey to 100% Whey double chocolate, and so far it seems to be the best tasting whey protien powder ive tried. I mix 2 scoops with 6-8 oz of milk and absolutly love, it tastes great

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard. All the flavors taste pretty good. I'm currently using Cookies and Cream but I find it to be a tad sweet. Not starchy at all.

I have tried a bunch and I like Biochem's Ultimate Whey Chocolate the best. After that, GNC has a really good Chocolate Egg based Protein shake.

Hey guys, my dad doesn't want me using creatine

Just curious, but why?

Because i guess he thinks I'll just bulk up as I grow and excersise, and doesn't really want me to take anything. Espescially something that can potentially mess you up if not used properly.

DO NOT use creatine.

I have competed nationally and internationally and was supposed to go on creatine. The one girl who did go on creatine now has liver and kidney damage as also spends 6 hours a week in physio trying to shift her muscles that got over developped.

DO NOT use creatine!

Creatine will not mess you up. Some people who have problems, happen to use creatine, however the two do not go together. There is no possible way that creatine alone will cause you to over develope muscles, those drugs are called steroids. Creatine will help you, and once you take it right you wont want to stop, however it isn't going to put you in the hospital by any means. That being said, if you are young, (under 18?) theres no need for it. If your body is still growing, i wouldn't want to put any thing un-natural into it other then a good protien shake and some flintstone vitamins :D

The ON 100%whey gold standard shakes are one of the best you can buy. They taste great and are one of the best formulas, highest quality products out there. I would suggest ordering a tub online tho, www.bodybuilding.com is a good source, GNC is a total rip off.

Optimum Nutrition 100% whey protein... www.1fast400.com has the best prices I've found.

The shake I make is like this:

1 cup skim milk

1 heaping scoop of chocolate whey protein

1 cup of natural oatmeal

1 good size gob of natural peanut butter

Good for getting healthy calories before or after a workout.
