Right. That picture is more of his "stylish" days even. Gotta love that old Jofa bucket he used to sport. I think he even had that in his first season with TB but then dropped it for good. By the way, there´s a nice picture of him showing his stick to Nedved who just laughs away hard. Can´t find it right now, though.

Sorry to bust your bubbles guys, but tape color does not fool goalies. We watch the puck! Tape color has no effect, doesn't hide the puck at all. Now I will say the color pink does make us cringe, laugh, and not take hockey serious, so perhaps that's the color you should use. ;)

yeah but im sure in traffic when you cant get a good luck at the puck , maybe if somebody had half white half black , you might glance over and see the black and maybe think its the puck.

I'd say white heel then black toe, so when a shot comes off, they may not be able to tell the angle of the toe or how the shot's going to come off. But on the other hand, kovalchuk uses white tape, so who knows.

My friend is a goalie and he says that black tape helps a little bit. It doesn't hide the puck, it just makes the angle look wierd. He also said that if you want to confuse the goalie, use black socks and black laces.

one kid on my team uses red, blue, yellow, white, black, pink, orange.. you get the idea basically a rainbow color tape job on the blade.

It doesn't make any difference - either you're a good shooter or not. I just use white nowadays cause I got given a pile of the stuff. Stevey Y uses white and that's good enough for me!

Thought yzerman uses black? Anyways look at the top goal scorer in the nhl, gagne white, ovechkin white, i really dont think it makes a diffrence. Its all pp. I use white because the black here is shyt. It doesnt stick to the blade and it goes to hell after one lil tear in the tape.
