What Visor Is This?

I know it's an Itech, but what model? Is it available to the public?

I believe it's the HS22 Aviator and most likely a modified version of it. You can tell by the way it gets so thin where the screws attach to the helmet.

For retail black and silver are AG, all silver are XP.

Based on the pics that I have seen, it looks like his skates could be some kind of a custom hybrid. The black and silver arrangement is different than the retail versions as far as I can tell. Keep in mind that these pics are from late September.

As for the visor, the little cutaways on the side look different from any of the retail HS22's I've seen. Could this be a new for '06 model?

It looks to me like a custom type of a RB41 or something, cause it it is flat (you can't tel from those pic's) and does not bubble out like a HS22! A few players in the league have custom visors similar to Rib's one!

Marian Hossa has the same exact visor and i recall someone else having it also.

It's a HS22, but as Chadd noted, it tapers in by the screw slots.

I've only seen it at the pro level - never in the retail catalogue.

hossa uses a tinted more aviator cut

edit: fedorov also uses the same visor as hossa (both hossas use the same i think) but i can see where youd think that ribs and hossas are the same with the similar "taper" where it mounts

For the visor... I guess I won't get a visor like Ribs' unless I order it directly through Itech? Too bad, I really like that cut. Would the straight cut or aviator version of the HS22 be closer to this visor?

Stock AG as far as I know. I would go with the wave if you like it cut that far up. Itech has a number of models that I've only seen on pros.

I actually think that oakley's short visor is the closest to that Itech pro model. I will probably buy one of those when I decide that mine is too marked up. Thanks for the help everyone.

100% NOT the hs22

the first pic clearly shows no outer surface curve/bubble shape on the shield. its just a modified RBE whatever like the one Kariya uses.
