calling all Tampa, Nashville, and Anaheim people

I am going to be teaching camps in all three areas over the next three weeks and as part of the camp, they get to have one ice session before an NHL game. After the skate we all go out and look for a local bar to have a drink and get some food before the game. So anyone in thoes areas who has some suggestions please post.

Hattrick's in Tampa is pretty good. It's about a mile from the St Pete Times Forum. You also have Newk's right across from the arena. If you want to meet some players after the game, Champions at the Marriott would be the spot. Or just hit up Ybor.

In Nashville try:

World Famous Tootsies on Broadway

Hooters on 2nd Ave.

Coyote Ugly on 2nd Ave.

Lots of bars on Broadway and 2nd. Also bars around Vanderbilt Univ.

yes there's a hooters down katella in Anaheim, but it's always packed so good luck. hopefully the wait isn't too long. You can go down the 57 South and go to the Block in Orange. there are a lot of places to drink there.

Most of the Ducks go to the bar across from the Angels Stadium...its more a restaurant type of place..I'm blanking on the name..

JT Schmidts or whatever it is across from the Pond is ok too...

you could also go to king's fish house. they have free shuttles to the pond for all the drunk people :lol:

Thanks for the help guys... just finished my first camp in Tampa. It was a blast... helps going to a Tampa game on St Pats day. Newks was a lot of fun since it was 70 degrees outside.... for the Anaheim people, we are skating at the Glacial Garden. Don't know if anyone has skated there, but anything good around there?

Aw man if I knew that I would've told you how to get to Mons Venus in Tampa...not that I've gone, you know...(actually the only strip clubs I've been to are in Miami)

Bailey's or Rippy's are right across the street from the Gaylord Center in Nashville. Usually post-game a few Preds show up at Bailey's (Darcy Hordichuk, Legwand regularly show up) and a lot of the office staff. Both places are pretty solid especially later in the night. I'd recommend Eddie George's pregame if you looking to get some decent food though, although its a bit pricey.

Not sure, unless it was the ones with the snaps like Warrior had said.

I'll just never forget my first time going in there after a game and I swear something lubricated got onto my hand when I put it against the bar rail. That and all the screens had Thunderpuss videos/music playing. My ring went on immediate lock-down.
