Texhock12 0 Report post Posted March 30, 2006 I'm probably not posting in the right area, but I'm needing some advice here. I have a few OPS Sticks that have player autographs on them. Since the OPS have a glossy finish on them, the autographs can easily be scratched off. I don't want to invest in a case at this point, so I wanted to know if there is some sort of clear finish that I can spray on the sticks to help preserve the autographs. I'm not playing with them, but I would just like a little assurance that they are protected for a long period of time. I'm not looking to sell them, so reducing any sale value is not a concern. Thanks.

Chadd 916 Report post Posted March 30, 2006 A clear acrylic spray should protect the signatures.

RadioGaGa 162 Report post Posted April 3, 2006 Put them in a trophy case of some kind...so they aren't touched or exposed to sunlight, or anythign that might breakdown the sig.I know the cases for mounting jerseys aren't cheap, but if you were handy (or knwo someone who is) you could probably build something very nice to display/protect them.
