Mine has grip, and it's very much like the grip on the Synergy SE. I'd prefer a bit less grip, but then again, everyone's different.

Hey guys, I have a couple of friends that bought them direct from the warehouse (here in Ottawa) and only paid 95$ for the 52 caliber which is an amazing deal. They all love their sticks.

I would buy one for sure if I didn't already have 4 high end sticks in perfect condition :P

I'm just afraid of the way they say that their "Toe Curve" is similar to the sakic because...sakic isn't a toe curve so I would have to see it in person. :)

Anyone hear of them? Our league is sponsered by them and a lot of the guys use their sticks.

I'm looking for a new stick and was thinking about giving them a try. Anyone have any experience with them?

I have some positive things about them. I got a shaft from them for 40 bucks, so i thought why not give it a try. So i used this shaft for bantam minor (13-14 yrs old) this shaft lasted me 65 games (plus 2 practices a week & 20 tournament games), so I would say it got its money's worth. It felt pretty good, I found it to be very durable. Once I broke it it was hard to find a good replacement went threw a ton of sticks but couldn't find one that felt similar, but I finally found a replacement outside ballistik, the warrior AK27 (regular flex 120). The only reason I gave up the ballistik is because they didn't have the flex that I liked or they were getting too hard to find so I just gave up on them.

Well thats my two cents.

I've been using their 52 and 50 calibre tapered shaft for about a year now (with one I haven't touched as a backup). Nothing but positive things to say about it (feel, durability, etc). On an even more impressive note is the great customer service I have received directly from them. I was having trouble finding what I wanted from my LHS, so I called Ballistik directly. They explained the shaft differences to me (I wanted the feel of the 05 Stealth) and even did a black paint job for me instead of the standard red they were making at the time. They even shipped them out within the week...

You can buy direct if there is not a dealer in your area.

Ballistik has signed an agreement with the Eastern Professional Hockey League (www.EPHL.com) for anybody who is interested.
