Rbk 9k helmet

I could not find anything onn this so bare with me if this has been posted before.

I picked up a 9k helmet yesterday from the Roadrunners team sale and was wondering what would be the best cage to combo it with. I currently use a Bauer 4000 cage with my Bauer 5000 helmet.

My bad; yes the 8k helmet. Thanks for the info. I got it for $40.00, do you think I got a deal? It looks new inside and out.

It's a great deal, they retail at 200 $ cdn. And go for the 8k cage to fit you helmet. I just got mine today also but for free héhé :D

Clarify, you got the 8K RBK cage? We were told that no 8K cage would be available and they were cancelled from our booking? I'd be very happy if that were not true.

I still haven't decided if I'm going to put a cage or an Oakley Small Visor on my new RBK 8K, but what do you guys think of the Bauer 8000/8500? I like the color of it, I don't want another black cage, I don't want a chrome cage, I've considered the I2 cage, but I like the silver color of it so I'm not sure. My Bauer I used on my 5000 for plenty of years has lasted a pretty long before rusting out to where I don't feel it will do much anymore.

It's a RBK 8 helmet not cage.

I got it in Az. the RoadRunners semi pro team were getting rid of their things. They had a lot of CCM gloves and pants. I got an oakley visor with it for $10.00 no scratches.

actually its the TI thats 150 or around there, the I2 is the black outside/white inside where its supposed to blend with the ice, which is like 30. I'm pretty sure if I go with a cage I'll probly just get the Bauer cause I think I'll like the dull color of it and I doubt the weight savings are so noticable with the TI that it can justify 150 I don't have. I just have to decide if I want a cage or I can deal with possibly getting smacked in the face wearing a visor, not sure if its worth it though, haha.

I ALMOST got that cage on my 8k but I looked like an idiot in it :( The cage is really nice though, the wires are easy to see through.

I had a 480 on my 8k, and it looked decent, but I have a 908Ti titanium cage on the way so i'll be sure to take some pics for you when that baby comes as well as a little review on it.
