oh he got some extra bones, i think he's getting 3.75 next year.

Although I have to say "good for him" after the season he had last year...where was he two years ago? My beloved Avs were DESTINED for the cup...it was a given they would win. But then he forgot to show up that year. As did the rest of the team....

Poor coaching can klll a talented team. You have to know how to use your skill players.

He had a bad knee that year. One thigh was atrophied, and he was skating on 1 leg. The lockout gave him a chance to get it fixed and rehabbed.

All too true. I was actually surprised that Tony G stayed on as an Asst. when we got Quenneville back. I loved watching Teemu this year though, especially in the Olympics.

Also, iirc, there was a year he had a broken thumb in the playoffs. Was that when he was with Colordao? Maybe it was San Jose. I forget.
