Trouble getting blade into Dolomite shaft

Recommended Posts

Any one else had this problem? I just got an 85 Flex Dolomite shaft....my Mission L-2 blade WOULD NOT fit and my Easton Synthesis blade was able to get in with a lot of work...any one else having issues?

thats why you just use the dolomite blade. i did, fit into an intermediate shaft perfectly.

Sorry for highjacking this thread, but I didnt want to start another one! I am looking to get an 85 Dolomite shaft, I have heard that the 85 flex feels alittle stiffer than a easton 85, is that true? Also if it is true, do you think that they could still be the 260/90ish flex but are just marked as an 85?

i had problems sticking in my non-dolomite blade in the shaft. i forced it in i know i probably opened it up too much. picked up a dolomite blade and it's really loose now. i had to stick tape on the dolomite blade so it doesn't get loose. i really recommend using only dolomite blades for this shaft. it feels the best/balanced.
