Just got them in, but only a few pair, but they are 599, same as One90's, Graf has always been "proud" of their product. boot cut looks simalir to g5, but tounge is way different, alot shorter and fatter.

Tell me more about the boot. The style of the boot cut looks very similar to the 727 model from the pictures.

its got a much better liner on it, it isnt supposed to take in as much water,also the holder is supposed to repel the moisture and the screws are now titanium not steel anymore

no it adds abit more comfort itself cause its abit softer

Thanks, I didn't realize the 599 was what he was referring to. In my neck of the woods one90's are 799 can. discounted from 899.

what i hate about them is the new tongue. its like an inch or two thick...similar to having a matress attached to your foot. i've seen the tongue on some of the new g-series, and i hate it. i wish they'd stick with the clasic felt tongue.

Grafs are a good skate, the boot is excellent and the holder and blade are as well. If you don't mind the forward lean or the boot feel you really can't go wrong with Grafs. Some of the best qualitly skates on the market today, so I would give them a go but give yourself some time to adjust to them.

how much do these bad boys weigh? the only reason i switched from grafs to vapor xxx's was weight.. but my xxx's are shot now and im regretting the decision.

are they as lite as the vapors?

Not to change the subject but I have read on this site about a lot of people changing the tongue on their skates. Where do you get replacement tounges and who do you have do them for you?
