willc7786 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2006 Minnesota over Carolina?New York over New England? No way. I'm from NY and hate the Pats, so I'll root for that outcome every time :P and Carolina is most likely not going to have Smith, plus the starting linebacker and two starting offensive linemen that got hurt playing the Falcons. Drewhunz 3 Report post Posted September 14, 2006 I predict that I still won't be able to sit through an entire NFL game without getting bored and wandering off. What do you mean, football is FANtastic. Where else does a 15 second play take 2 minutes to complete. I prefer NCAA myself, but I might give that up after my Huskers play USC on Saturday. That could get ugly real quick.

Meathead 0 Report post Posted September 15, 2006 Detroit is gonna put up 40 points against Chicago, they were really close to scoring 40 against the Seahawks. I guarntee they will win. No one can stop them, the only thing stopping them are themselves.

NuggyBuggy 0 Report post Posted September 18, 2006 Yeah but come on, this was an awful week with a lot of mismatched games. I only see 6 real matchups here, and that's being very, very kind to my favorite team (Miami). So anyone who was not picking against a spread should have come out 12-3 even if he is only 50% on the 'real' matchups. Although you did pick SF which I figured to be blown out by St. Louis. willc7786 0 Report post Posted September 18, 2006 Yeah, I'll agree, this week wasn't that hard. I think the toughest two to pick were Giants/Eagles and Washington/Dallas, as well as tonights game.

mack 44 Report post Posted September 18, 2006 I sat thru the Baltimore/Raiders (Commitment to Excrement, baby) and that was as boring as planned, then I found myself actually wanting the Broncos to lose just in the chance it would prompt them to put Cutler in.
