nicksmission14 0 Report post Posted December 18, 2006 Sorry for all the questions today guys but if I don't ask I'll never find out :D Let's say I take a TPS Redlite XN10 which takes a Tapered R2 Blade and instead of using the R2 I want to put a Synergy II blade in it... Will it work? Then my next question is are there any tapered shafts that HAVE to use the matching tapered blade?

BK 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2006 Let's say I take a TPS Redlite XN10 which takes a Tapered R2 Blade and instead of using the R2 I want to put a Synergy II blade in it...How in the hell did you get a tapered R2 blade to fit correctly into a RLxn10? Redlites only take standard blades..

BK 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2006 I'll be damned. My RLnx10 only takes standard and I have never heard of a redlite that was tapered. I thought the only tapered shafts from TPS were the Response and the R2's.

sabre09923 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2006 Anyone know what the weight of the R2 Armor Shaft is by chance?I know someone on here weighed it, odp perhaps?EDIT: No, Andoy had it. Did some searching and he said it was lighter than the regular R2 but heavier than the XN10... So, the R2 was 300 Grams, and the R2XN10 was 265, so I'd guess it's around 285 grams. odp 0 Report post Posted December 19, 2006 Nope, wasn't me. But my R2 weighs in at 301g and my R2 XN10 weighs 290g. Both 52" and uncut.
