Well how about that they are back in biz. Coming in after the crash is the way to go.

The original company was way too wannabe focused-driven. Star endorsements, NHL etc. Tough nut to crack.

Also does the glide factor "outweigh" the battery pack mass at the worst possible location for a skater? (at the heel).

imo blade heating works at the molecular level, not by "melting water". Just skate over unfrozen ice after the flood and you know what I mean.

They still need to cut the product cost and/or get it installed on skates direct from the factory before it will take off.

That's just a wee bit more then what they bought them for. I wonder if they (or anyone) ever sold a pair for full price.
