Datsyukiandeek 0 Report post Posted February 21, 2007 Well im looking at a Datsyuk prostock RBK stick. Its the flex I mentioned but its 60 inches. Ive always modeled my sticks after his sticks, because it works well for me. Most of his sticks are in the 50-53 inch range, cutting 7 inches off the stick will make it what a 110+ flex? odp 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2007 Sounds about right. I've extrapolated the numbers from the NBH chart and 7" would mean about a 36.4% increase, so if RBK's 40KP is 85 now, it would be around 115. If it's 95 though, you're looking more like 130. Oggie Grip 0 Report post Posted February 22, 2007 I just got a new CCM 8.0 and it says "40KP regular flex 85"see picIt feels like an 85 flex. The conversion from kp to lb-force is 2.204, so your 40kp x 2.204=88.16. So your stick is actually an 88 flex, but whats 3 pounds between friends right?
