Oberon 0 Report post Posted March 18, 2007 Great goal, great hustle by Wheeler, even though I'm still pissed about his hat trick against the Badgers last night.

epstud74 24 Report post Posted March 18, 2007 Most likely Mazzoco and Woog..They've been around for years, but yea they're bad..I have the sound off on my CPU so I didnt hear it, but Mazzaco and Woog have been covering the games for FSN.

Jarick 5 Report post Posted March 18, 2007 Thanks for posting it! I actually watched up until OT then left to try and make open hockey. Wheeler had a hatty the day before...now maybe Lucia will stop saying he needs to "step it up" every single game they interview him <_<

tjl_48 0 Report post Posted March 18, 2007 Being a Sioux fan that goal disgusted me. It was a nice goal though. ND took way to many penalties in that game. They better stay out of the penalty box in the national tournament.
TCsnipes9 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2007 tjl- youre going to hate me for this... but that is simply UND's style. They are, and have always been a very chippy team.
epstud74 24 Report post Posted March 21, 2007 UND may be a chippy team at times, but they've always been a solid and fast team. They get tons of kids from northern MN and Canada that play a tough style of hockey and seem to play better "positional" hockey than kids from the Twin Cities or in New England. They just seem to play a different style of game, grittier may be a better word for it.
tjl_48 0 Report post Posted March 21, 2007 I don't hate you Tc. You are right. They are always chippy and physical but that doesn't mean they can't be that way without taking penalties. They can hit and be physical, they just have to pick there spots and not take the dumb penalties. IMO

notquitedeadyet 13 Report post Posted March 21, 2007 I happend to be watching that game & I gotta say that that video doesn't do it justice. It is even more impressive when you see it at full speed.
