Smart trade?

Recommended Posts

Hey.

I could trade a CCM V110 OPS and a CCM V10.0 OPS (with a broken blade so its basically a shaft but you could still use the stick for some limited time) for an AK27 shaft.

Im not sure if i should do it so its why im asking you guys.

I dont like the feel of the V110 so actually dont mind getting rid of it and the V10.0 is broken anyways so i dont need it that much.

I also get two rolls of tape and glue in that trade too.

So?

Thanks.

Seems like you get no benefit from the sticks you have, so provided that the V110 isn't worth a ton more than th AK you should go for it.

The equation in kind of unbalanced to me. A fully fonctional OPS + a shaft = a better shaft. You get something not usable considering you haven't bought a blade yet.

I'd gor for it only if the AK27 is the perfect length, flex, grip, etc. for you.

That is also my consideration: A fully functional OPS + a shaft = a better shaft ....

I just dont like the OPS and cant get used to it. And the broken OPS is not important for me, i just use it to stickhandle in my house, nothing more.

The AK27 is my flex, grip, length and stuff - Seems ok. I mean, i still could see the shaft, right?

No blade involved. Im still not sure! I mean its two for one. And its just an shaft.

Guess it isnt smart now.

Two for one... not in my book, especially since you already have a fully functional OPS. Maybe you could sell the OPS and shaft, and buy a AK27.

The two rolls of tape and glue cant really be equivalent to a blade. I agree with TBLfan, that a blade needs to be involved. If i were the guy you were trading with, I'd be getting a OPS (most likely I could use it) and I could sell the shaft, or convert it myself...

if he throws in a blade it's a good deal. functioning ops and basically a shaft for just the ak27 isn't balanced. you must really dislike that vector :)

The V110 has asymetric walls, so you can't convert it to a shaft after the blade breaks.

Was out with the AK27, here in Europe they are crazy soft compared to the listed flexrating.

Make him give you a blade instead of the tape on glue, and then it will be a fair deal.

I'd even think that a used but in good condition blade added to the deal would be a good deal or maybe an extra $25 thrown in towards a purchase of a new blade.

A V110 is worth a roll of tape, and broken OPS's are the biggest crock I've ever seen. Every single one I've used has been a piece of dung. Make the trade.
