White fabric in the flip

Hey.

I noticed that many guys who have the over the shingards have some white fabric inside.

And its all kind of skates, NikeBauer, RbK etc.

It seems very comfortable.

But I wonder, is that a player made model?

Or do people buy the fabric and sew it on or how dos what work?
