This has probably been discussed, or is just common knowledge. Im wondering quickly, what flex would regular be compared to ?

Then use CCM. Or multiply by 2.2046. Same shit.

My old 7k felt like 100-105 to me, but i did cut it a little (1/2 inch)

I would have to say ditto... I've also seen odd differences between models as well. My old 5K "Regular" seemed a lot softer when it was new than my 7k Sickick.

I have a sickick that feels like a 85, but it's prostock. I guess Beech (formerly of the Washington Capitals) had RBK make a lower flex for him even though it's labeled regular.

I guess I shouldn't have posted to begin with.. :(

Well the flex chart says regular = 95, I've seen a CCM employee say that it's close to an Easton 100 on the old CCM forum, and I've seen an RBK stick with Regular 85 printed on it, so there doesn't seem to be any consistancy with the estimates. From personal experience I would have said in the 90 - 95 range.
