Oakley Pro Striaght... Not to go off topic but has anyone found a way for it to quite fogging beside the apr spray?

I only use the AFR every 2. time i uses the helmet. In betwin i just use warm water. Works fore me ;)

i use a itech dx-100 with my 8k. i find value in the ability to buy a pair of replacement visors for the price of an oakley or high-end itech one.

I also like being able to easily switch between a "game" visor and a "practice" visor. I have the x100 on an Intake.

Really? I find mine fogs quite a bit (and I've used AFR before every skate). One thing I DO find about it is...it fogs on the bench...and the fog goes away REALLY fast once I step back on the ice.

I use a straight small and it doesn't fog because it is above my mouth/nose. Any longer visor would fog for me.

Yeah that must be it...I'll take a little extra fog if it comes down to my nose though.

With a nose the size of mine it's hard to fit it under a visor.

I use the grey tinted Oakley Pro Aviator visor and absolutley love it. No problems at all.

Do all you oakley visor owners clean your visors with warm water before each use?

Oakley pro straight yellow on a 8k

is it hard getting use to the yellow tint at first?

I used one for a couple weeks and it took about 10 minutes to get used to. (I was wearing it around the house before like a dork.) I really liked it, and kinda miss it. My buddy just got off the IR so I had to give it back. Good thing Christmas is just around the corner... Kinda... ;)

I thought so. It made the puck 'pop' off the ice. The only down side is taking it off between periods and after the game. The world seems dull.

I use an Oakley Pro Straight on a medium Intake and have never had issues with fogging.

As a side note, owner of the LHS that bought the bought the visor from suggested that instead of buying cleaner I get a spray bottle, fill it with water and add a couple drops of dish soap. I have been using this mixture before games for a couple years now and none of my visors have shown any ill effects.
